How long will it take for my candle to ship?

Please allow up to 4 business days for your candle to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email the day your order is scheduled to be shipped. 

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, please email us at Info@ChrissyLoveCandles.com asap to make changes to your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been shipped. 

 

How do I take care of my candle?

Burn candle for 2 or more hours on its first use for full melt pull and to avoid tunneling. 

-Burn candle on a flat steady surface and away from children and pets

- Use for a maximum of 4 hours for each use.

- Trim wick to 1/4 inches after each use. 

 

Can I return my candle?

We truly appreciate your business and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us at Info@ChrissyLoveCandles.com. While we typically do not accept returns we are able to make exceptions based on the circumstances.

We are located in Chicago, Il. 

 

Where can I purchase candles in person?

Our candles are only available online at this time. However, if you are in the Chicagoland area please follow us on Instagram & Facebook (@ChrissyLoveCandles) and check out our "Upcoming Events' section for pop-up shop and candle making class announcements. 

 

Do you offer private candle making classes?

Yes! You can book a private candle making class for up to 24 guest. Please email us at Info@ChrissyLoveCandles.com for more information on pricing and scheduling. Please also join one of our public candle making classes every 2nd Sunday. You can find more information and purchase tickets under the "Events" tab on our website.
